Getting Started

We can work more efficiently when we know exactly what you’re trying to achieve.

We ask you to complete a creative brief form so we can gather all the necessary information to make a start producing what you need.

You can find the link to this form down below…

How much does it cost

Design cost £60 per hour. We break this down into 4 chunks of 15 minutes.

You should receive a cumulative total at each proof stage

Any time a designer works on a project, they are charging you, including emails and liaising with officers, the print team and our suppliers. See full terms and conditions here

Meet your Designer

Once you’ve submitted your creative brief our Design Manager will allocate a designer to work with you! The designer will be in touch further so you can discuss any further details.

A clear brief contributes to a more productive design process and therefore will be more cost effective for you!

Here’s some tips:

  • Providing the final copy/text is a must!

  • Sending on only high resolution images or logos (at least 300dpi)

  • Providing the correct contact details

Work Begins

Your designer will craft your design based on the information you provide and what’s best for your targeted audience.

After receiving your first draft you may need to circulate the design amongst your colleagues to get feedback. You’ll work with your designer to make amendments and fine tune the work.

Here’s some tips on how we like to receive feedback…

  • Mark up any textual amendments digitally on the PDF we sent you

  • Don’t just let us know what you do and don’t like - tell us why!

  • Always remember that artwork is designed for the audience we’re targeting

When you’re happy…

The designer will send you a final PDF (for print items) or image file (for digital items) for your approval.

If your design is to be printed, we’ll be getting in touch further to get details on things like:

  • Quantity

  • Paper/material specifications

  • Delivery details

We’ll send you this order form and ask you to approve so we can start liaising with the print team and get your artwork printed.

Please note that the print team do need 5-6 working days to print and deliver standard items. Larger quantities or unusual items may take longer.
