Your Department details, your authorising manager and communications officer (if you’re working with one) and your cost code.

If updating an older design then we’ll need the old job number to find it in our archive.

This can usually be found somewhere discreet on the item itself and starts with either ‘HDS’ or ‘PJ’

If you’re going to use imagery in your design please make sure…

Images and logos must be High Resolution (at least 300dpi resolution)

Tell us how much you’re looking to spend.

The design service is £60 per hour and covers:

  • admin (emails, meetings, phone calls)

  • ideation & design

  • prepping for print and proofing (if needed)

  • archiving
