Hackney Sales
Wherever possible, homes built by the Council for shared ownership or outright sale are marketed by its in-house sales team. The Hackney Sales sub-brand is another Council programme under our commercial brand.
Each development is unique, and needs to compete in the market on it’s own merits. This is reflected in nuanced elements in each development design that make it unique. In some cases, it will be in the architecture, in others, it may be the local area.
Each development design is used across all print, digital and physical assets, including at on-site sales and marketing suites.
The sub-brand still remains true to the overall corporate brand using our existing graphic assets to provide the visual link.
Identity
The Hackney Sales sub-brand utilises clean and modern shades of black, a woven texture and a grid structure for layouts.
